1. How can I pay this product?
Online orders can be paid by credit card or Paypal funds. If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged via Paypal gateway. There is no need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card, just click on "Checkout" during the checkout process.
2. How do I cancel a product from my order?
Once an order has been paid it cannot be changed or cancelled. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, you will have the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling your order.
3. How long does it take to receive your product?
Once cleared payment has been received, orders will be dispatched within 6 Business Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Singapore orders are shipped by Singapore Post registered mail and takes 2-3 business days. International orders are shipped by SingPost and take 8 to 14 business days depending on customs clearance.
4. Are the products refundable or exchangeable?
No. All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. How do I add another product to my order?
As long as ordered item is not paid, you may add another product by clicking "Continue shopping " button of "Your shopping cart page". You will be re-directed to preconception supplement page where you can order another item.
6. Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Please contact us before you order.
7. Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
No

Once you place an order with us you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email within a few days. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking status to appear in our system.

Yes. Please make appointment before seeking treatment, especially those tourist clientele.
